I guess facing down silverback gorillas, xenomorphs, and Bill Murray wasn't enough for you people, was it? Now, legendary actress and Dream Weaver honoree Sigourney Weaver is under fire for maybe? possibly? electing to wear her slinky, black satin Lanvin gown her own damn way at last weekend's Screen Actors Guild Awards (where she was a nominee for Best Actress in a Miniseries for Political Animals, but nobody's saying that).
While we might all wish her foundation garments were as supportive as her fans in the queer geek community, we think the vultures and Monday morning quarterbacks (look it up) oughta get off her damn back until THEIR combined box office gross tops $2 billion—that's "billion" with a "B".
So, until then, go scratch. We'll stand by you, Sigourney!
